Alameda County
- The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, is proposing to amend Appendix C Conservatorship (Probate & LPS) and Guardianship Fee Guidelines for the Public Guardian, the County Counsel, and the Public Defender. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024. Learn more

- The Alameda County Superior Court Family Law Bench invites you to a special session of the Family Violence Council. The Bench invites you to submit questions you would like to have answered by Judicial Officers pertaining to Civil Domestic Violence requests and the relevant Family Code. Please submit all your questions to Hedy Mitlo at hmitlo@alameda.court.ca.gov by close of business on 03/22/24. The presentation/ discussion will be held on 05/03/24 at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Honorable Commissioner Nikki Clark will moderate the discussion.

- The San Francisco Superior Court seeks public comment for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective July 1, 2024.
