ACBA Leadership Firm Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood partners Joseph Satterley and Denyse Clancy secured an $18.8 million award from a jury to a 24-year-old man who alleged Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder caused his mesothelioma. Read more

ACBA member Grace Goodman, Nieves Law Firm, was successful, over DA objection, in securing a finding that a prima facie case existed for resentencing under Penal Code 1172.6. This was a very critical first step in the client’s path to post-conviction relief.
