Alameda County Superior Court
The Alameda County Superior Court will be rolling out the new eCourt case management system and e-filing for all Family, Probate, Mental Health (LPS) and Adoptions cases on September 5, 2023. DomainWeb and fax filing will no longer be available starting September 1st. The eCourt Public Portal will provide improved remote case access and offer new services such as hearing reservations, online payments and remote case access for parties of record. E-filing will be permissive until October 23, 2023, when mandatory e-filing takes effect.
