Alameda

July 31, 2024 – The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is proposing to amend the attached Local Rule. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on September 16, 2024. This notice and the proposed amendments are also available on the Court’s website, here and here.

Contra Costa

July 30, 2024 – The Contra Costa Superior Court invites comment for proposed changes to its Local Rules to be effective January 1, 2025.  Please see this announcement concerning the process for comments.  The Court’s current Local Rules and a redline of proposed changes are available on the Court’s Local Rules page.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 13, 2024.
